To kick off this year's tenure, the Maths and Physics Club hosted a Group Discussion on Inversion, led by Aryan Prakash. The session offered an insightful look into the intriguing world of inversion, where familiar geometric ideas were seen from a whole new perspective, revealing interesting connections and elegant solutions to difficult problems.
About the speaker: Aryan Prakash is a 3rd-year undergraduate student from the CSE department. Like many other geometry enthusiasts, he was first exposed to inversion while preparing for the Olympiads, where it often appears as a powerful tool for tackling complex problems.
